Deputy head of China’s General Administration of Customs under probe

BEIJING, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) — Sun Yuning, deputy head of China’s General Administration of Customs, is under disciplinary and supervisory investigation for suspected severe violations of Party discipline and the law, an official statement said Tuesday.
Sun, also a member of the Party committee of the administration, is being investigated by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision, according to the statement. ■
